🌿 OUR JOURNEY
From chaos to crystals and everything in between
Spiritual Glow didn’t start with a big budget, a polished brand, or a crystal-filled stall it began at a spiritual fair just outside Leighton Buzzard, with a couple of tables, a lot of passion, and a willingness to experiment.

In the very beginning, we leaned heavily into handmade, spiritually inspired products. I created crystal-infused candles, sun and moon face wax melts & Buddhas, Gaia candles, with fragrances inspired by crystals like Amethyst and Palo Santo. Crystals were always part of what we did sometimes inside the candles themselves and that’s actually where the name Spiritual Glow came from.

As we grew, we took our next step to markets, setting up under a gazebo provided by the council. Things were still chaotic, just in a different way. We had tables filled with candles, wax melts, incense, gifts, and a small but growing selection of crystals. There was no real structure yet just a “make it work with what we’ve got” mindset and a lot of trial and error.

While people loved the intention and energy behind our products, it quickly became clear where the strongest connection was happening. People lingered over the crystals. They picked them up, asked questions, and felt drawn to them. That realisation came surprisingly early and helped us make an important decision: to let crystals take centre stage.

When we joined Leighton Buzzard Market, the stall began to evolve more intentionally. This is where Wally’s vision truly came to life.

With nothing fancy or pre-made, he sourced individual wooden crates, painted every single one by hand, drilled them together, and turned them into something sturdy, safe, and practical. He added boards to create proper table surfaces, fitted feet underneath to give height and balance, and later installed lighting to make the crystals pop and bring warmth and brightness to the space. Everything was built with intention if it wasn’t stable, aligned, or visually right, it didn’t stay.

He didn’t follow instructions or copy anyone else’s setup. He built the stall entirely from ideas in his head, refining it week by week. A strong eye for detail and yes, a touch of perfectionism meant every element mattered.

Over the past four years, the stall has continued to evolve and change, slowly and thoughtfully. It wasn’t a quick transformation it was shaped over time, market by market, listening to what felt right and what our customers connected with most. And it was absolutely worth it.

Now, when people walk up to our stall, they don’t just see products they feel an experience. They wander in, slow down, ask questions, share stories, and connect. Some come for a crystal, some come for a chat, and some are simply drawn in without knowing why and that’s exactly how we believe it should be.

This stall is more than a display.
It’s a reflection of growth, intuition, craftsmanship, and trusting the journey.

It’s proof of what love, teamwork, creativity, and belief can build one idea, one adjustment, and one market at a time.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
What started small has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. Our stall and vision continue to evolve, guided by intuition, creativity, and connection and while there’s always room to grow, it feels exactly as it should right now.
Love and light 🤍✨
