What are crystals used for?
Crystals are often used for emotional support, intention setting, meditation, energy work, and wellbeing. Many people find comfort, clarity, and balance through working with crystals, while others simply love them for their beauty.
I’m new to crystals where do I start?
You don’t need any experience at all. The best place to start is by choosing a crystal you feel drawn to. Often, that first instinct is exactly right. If you’d like guidance, we’re always happy to help in person or online.
Are your crystals real and ethically sourced?
Yes. We carefully source genuine, high-quality crystals and work only with trusted suppliers who provide ethically sourced stones. Each piece is chosen with care and intention.
We’re also always transparent. If a crystal is man-made or has been enhanced in any way, this will be clearly stated in the product description. For example, aura-coated crystals are natural stones that have been enhanced using precious metals and we’ll always let you know. We believe honesty matters, so you can shop with confidence knowing exactly what you’re choosing.
Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?
Yes! Unless stated otherwise in the product description, the crystal you see in the photos is the exact one you’ll receive. Every crystal is unique in shape, size, and colour, and that’s part of their natural beauty.
All of our photos are taken in natural light, with no filters and no editing, so what you see is what you get. We always choose pieces we’d be happy to receive ourselves, and we believe in being as honest and transparent as possible.
Do crystals need cleansing?
Many people like to cleanse crystals, especially when they’re new. This can be done with smoke (such as incense), moonlight, sound, or intention but there’s no “right” or “wrong” way.

Do I need to believe in crystals for them to work?
No. Some people work with crystals spiritually, others emotionally, and some simply enjoy them. There’s no pressure to believe anything just explore what feels right for you.
Can crystals replace medical or professional advice?
NO! Crystals are not a substitute for medical care or professional support. They’re intended as a complementary, supportive tool for wellbeing.
Why do I feel drawn to certain crystals?
Many people find they’re naturally drawn to crystals that reflect what they’re experiencing or need support with. When people read the crystal meaning and say “that makes sense”, it’s something we see all the time.

How should I use my crystal?
You can carry it, place it in your home, meditate with it, sleep nearby, or simply keep it somewhere you’ll see it often. There’s no wrong way.
Can I wear crystals every day?
Yes many people wear crystal jewellery daily. Just remove it if it feels uncomfortable or if you’re doing something that might damage it. (such as bathing/showering)
How do I look after my crystal jewellery?
Avoid water, chemicals, and heavy knocks. Store jewellery separately to prevent scratching.

How long does dispatch take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Full delivery information is always available on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I collect my order in person?
If you’re local, you’re welcome to pop into our Leighton Buzzard shop or see us at the market. Just get in touch first so we can help.
Do you offer guidance or recommendations?
Absolutely. We love helping people find what feels right for them. You can message us online or chat with us at the stall or in the shop.

You’ll find us in our Leighton Buzzard shop (Wed–Fri), at Leighton Buzzard Market on Saturdays, and at our Milton Keynes pop-ups on selected dates.

Do you include information with your crystals?
Yes. All crystals come with a little information card explaining their meaning and uses, so you can connect with them in your own way.
Can I visit you in person to choose a crystal?
Of course. Many people prefer to see and feel crystals in person. You’ll find us in our Leighton Buzzard shop, at the market on Saturdays, and at our Milton Keynes pop-ups.
