Shipping policy

We take great care in packing and sending every order, making sure your crystals arrive safely and with love.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Leighton Buzzard shop.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.
During busier periods (such as holidays, markets, or events), dispatch may take a little longer but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving and keep you informed.

Please note that dispatch time does not include delivery time.

Delivery Methods

We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all UK orders:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and begin once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Local Collection

If you’re local to Leighton Buzzard and would like to collect your order in person, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to arrange this.

Packaging

We carefully package all orders to ensure your crystals are protected during transit, while keeping packaging as thoughtful and minimal as possible.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
